Markham Taichi & Qigong Wellness Centre is located at the centre of Markham, close to McCowan rd and Hwy 7. one the east north bound.
We have daily Taichi and Qigong Classes which good for everyone`s balance and strengthen, good for pain management, we have patients from stroke and asthma etc, they recovered very well.
the instructors are very nice and patient, and well experienced.
Most of the students here got really good improvement after one month practise.
